We are seeking an experienced administrator to work as part of our UK City of Culture bid team, making a real contribution to Southampton's bid by undertaking a variety of administration tasks.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive and comfortable working on their own initiative as part of a wider team, managing their own workload, with experience of successfully working with a diverse range of stakeholders. A proven track record of, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high levels of quality is essential. The successful candidate will need to have experience of high quality and accurate minute taking and be experienced with inbox and diary management of a shared mailbox and at times that of a senior manager. Experience with basic finance admin support such as raising invoices on a finance system would be beneficial, but is not essential.
The role will be a full-time fixed term position until 31st March 2022 (with potential for extension) working flexible hours, including some occasional evening and weekend work as required, recovered through time off in lieu or flexitime.
